Dr. Chris Rocchio graduated from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993.  After completing an internship at the California Animal Hospital, he practiced in northern California for 6 years.  After moving back to New York in 2000, Dr. Rocchio and his wife, Dr. Debbie Chew, opened the East Greenbush Animal Hospital.  This 7200 square foot facility is presently a six doctor full service practice offering boarding, grooming and dog training.  In 2005, Dr. Rocchio started Adirondack Pet Care, a pet cremation service that presently services 35 veterinary hospitals in the Capital District.  In 2010, Dr. Rocchio founded the River Road Animal Hospital in Niskayuna, New York with partner Dr. Debbie Snyder.  This complete remodel grew to a full service 3 doctor practice that offers boarding and grooming.  Through Monarch Business Consulting , Dr. Rocchio helps other veterinarians purchase, build and transform their practices by working with real estate agents, contractors, architects and banks.

Mr. David Waterman has over 40 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, finance and general management. Prior to co-founding DeltaPoint in 1996, Mr. Waterman was Executive Managing Director of Capital Formation Group, an investment banking and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm co-founded by Mr. Waterman in 1992. Prior to founding Capital Formation Group, Mr. Waterman was Vice President, Investment Banking at First Albany Corporation and was Vice President, Corporate Banking for Bank of America/Fleet/Norstar Bank. During his career, Mr. Waterman has led or assisted in more than 100 transactions involving the sale and purchase of a small business. The total value of these deals exceeds $1 billion. Mr. Waterman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany.
